Biography
Yilan has nine years of experience in intellectual property and healthcare practices. She has been advising two top healthcare companies on trademark protection in China for more than five years, and is also the lead associate on the PRC trademark portfolios of a top cosmetics conglomerate. She routinely advises multinational companies on comprehensive IP protection strategies and her areas of practice cover patent, copyright, trademark and unfair competition. Yilan focuses on healthcare and cosmetics industries, and is adept at guiding clients through complicated legal regime in the relevant sectors involving IP registry actions, regulatory compliance and commercial considerations.
Yilan established her scientific knowledge and experience in China and is a patent attorney. She received legal training in the US and also worked in Hong Kong as a registered foreign lawyer during 2013 to 2015.
