- Represented METRO AG in the sales of a majority interest in its China Business to Wumei Technology Group.
- Represented GlaxoSmithKline in the sales of its 100% equity interest in a wholly-owned subsidiary in China.
- Represented one of the largest financial market operators in the world in the establishment of a joint venture in Southern China in conjunction with a Chinese state-owned financial institution.
- Advised an US consumer goods distributor in a buy-out of its state-owned Chinese partner's equity interests in a Sino-foreign equity joint venture in the Shanghai Free Trade Zone.
- Advised an international freight forwarder in its 100% share acquisition of a Hong Kong freight forwarder with CEPA certificates.
- Advised an international packaging company in the sales of its 100% equity interests in a wholly-owned subsidiary in China.
- Advised an international food distributor in a 100% share acquisition of a food distribution company in China.
- Advised Embraer S.A. on the restructuring its aircraft assembly joint venture in China.
- Advised a Canadian railway transporter in its sale of equity interest in a Sino-foreign equity joint venture in China.
