Biography
Joseph Yue’s practice focuses on PRC employment issues in an advisory and transactional context. He advised on the employee consultation and employee transfer aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and provided executive hiring and terminations, workforce restructuring and downsizing, senior employee relocation/global mobility, confidentiality and non-competition, compliance and investigation, data privacy and other day-to-day employment law advice to various companies.

- Advised an SOE on its international assignment program in relation to its outbound investments.
- Assisted a leading Chinese property/entertainment conglomerate company on executive hiring and termination in relation to its investment in Europe.
- Advised various multinational companies including international investment bank, pharmaceutical and cosmetics companies, retailer, fashion line and general industry clients in relation to the executive termination.
